A security vulnerability has been identified in a standard third-party component used within our platform. The vendor-provided security update has been validated and must be deployed to production to ensure the continued security and integrity of our platform.
During the maintenance window, authentication services may be unavailable for up to 20 minutes, affecting both API clients and Webportal users.
At this time, there is no indication that the vulnerability has been exploited. No action is required from customers.
